First Steps:
1. Email liveoakeducation@gmail.com and schedule a visit! We would love to meet you! We function as an entirely outdoor school which is very different than the traditional model. We highly encourage you to spend the day with us to see if it is a good fit for you. If we have space available we will send you our registration form. Please do not request funding from your charter until you have filled out a registration form.
2. Complete the registration form if we have space. Otherwise we will put you on the waiting list.
3. If there is space, you will be sent the medical release/liability form to sign and return. Otherwise your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified as soon as a spot opens up.

Our Payment Center is where families can submit payments for family fees, events, and specialty classes when payment is not being made through a charter school.
Important: Avoid Additional Processing Fees
During checkout, the payment page automatically includes an optional contribution (tip) to the payment processor. To avoid this charge, please select “Other” from the dropdown menu before completing your payment. If an optional contribution is submitted, it cannot be refunded or reimbursed.
Payment Terms
- Late fees may be applied to balances unpaid after the 5th of each month.
- All payments are non-refundable.
